Thank you for your interest in improving The Adult Student's Guide to Survival & Success!

We are offering a quarterly drawing to win a copy of Al Siebert's award-winning book, The Resiliency Advantage: Master Change, Thrive Under Pressure, and Bounce Back From Setbacks.

Our rules are as follows:
  1. Educator and Student entries will be combined.
  2. Only one entry per person.
  3. Drawing will be held quarterly, on or shortly thereafter: March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31
  4. If you do not win, your name will remain in the pool for future drawings.
  5. Survey must be filled out in a valid manner. We reserve the right to not accept any incomplete, specious, or falsified submissions.
  6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

    The Small Print:

    Selection of Winner: One winner will be selected at random each quarter. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the drawing and must claim their prize by email within 14 days of that notification by replying to the email notification with their current postal address. Book will be mailed within 14 days of receipt of prizewinner's claim. Practical Psychology Press, Inc. is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize within 14 days of notification, prize may awarded to another randomly selected winner. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.

    Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Practical Psychology Press, Inc., which shall be final. Practical Psychology Press, Inc., agents and representatives of Practical Psychology Press, Inc., and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Practical Psychology Press, Inc. that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Practical Psychology Press, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes.

    By participating in the Drawing, each participant agrees to release and hold Practical Psychology Press, Inc. and the contractors, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Practical Psychology Press, Inc., its advertising, promotion, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes.
